We are actively building a better replacement for this that will offer better tools and make it easier to maintain, so this is a bit neglected, but the situation will improve as fast as we can improve it.  We have built [[Template:PDFCite|a reference system to allow quotes within papers to be lined to directly without leaving this mediawiki]], and an uploader to populate a better page than this one.  We're testing that and we'll have it here soon.

We are actively building a better replacement for this that will offer better tools and make it easier to maintain, so this is a bit neglected, but the situation will improve as fast as we can improve it. We have built a reference system to allow quotes within papers to be lined to directly without leaving this mediawiki, and an uploader to populate a better page than this one. We're testing that and we'll have it here soon.
